The frequent visitors of Warsovian office district have probably become much happier after this spot of Italian pleasures appeared. Curvacious pizzas resembling the most delicious works of a gifted Italian mamma offer a high dose of serotonine, essential during a day full of physical and mental labour. Bianca or rossa, classic margherita or furnished with a plenitude of delicious topping - the choice is not that easy! Luckily, every pick is a winning one.

Read more...La mia Italia doesn’t allure with sophisticated design, minimalist logo typing or bravado in the menu. However, you won’t see a free table at lunch or dinner time. The owner, Elżbieta Dziuba, has reached the current level of cooking mastery all by herself. Finally, she perfected her skills to such a level that she decided to cook a’la Italiano in Poland. For the last couple of years Elżbieta, a self-made chef, and a skinny pizzaiolo have been finding ways to smuggle the well-proven Italian ways into Warsovian gastronomy.

Read more...La mia Italia is a pearl you should discover as soon as possible. Italian to the core, genuine, pure Italian cuisine you want to come back to, and about which I’m writing you right now. It turns out that Domaniewska street lies quite close to Naples. I officially fell in love with La mia Italia and I dare say it’s one of the best - if not the best - Italian place in Warsaw.

Read more...Wonderful Italian cuisine in the depressing Mordor [sic!] office district. We discovered it thanks to a recommendation from our friend. And they got us. The wood-fired pizza was great, but home-made gnocchi is something you definitely must try. You’ll come back for more, I guarantee you.
